Mr. Kalley is President, Intelligent Trade Labs, Inc,. The company is creating a transformative software platform with the goal of simplifying the customs and regulatory compliance processes involved in international trade. He is also President and co-founder of TradeCnect, a software company automating compliance with the U.S. government’s premier supply chain security program, CTPAT.

Mr. Kalley was co-founder and President of Bright Solutions, a supplier to the global automotive service industry. He oversaw the expansion from a start-up to a global enterprise selling in dozens of markets globally. He headed teams that developed & managed from concept to production many industry-disruptive products ranging from specialized chemicals, to advanced lighting & innovative mechanical devices for industries ranging from automotive to aerospace.

With over twenty five years of hands-on experience in business, his expertise includes strategic, financial, operational, R&D, logistics, marketing & legal aspects of running corporations. International experience includes visiting almost fifty countries, marketing, establishing distribution and procurement globally and living & working in the USA, Canada & South Africa. He has a passion for innovation and is mentioned as an inventor or co-inventor on 16 U.S. patents & additional foreign patents.

Terry Kalley is Chairman of the Eastern Michigan District Export Council, a group that supports the U.S. Department of Commerce to promote U.S. exports. He has chaired this DEC and previously the Michigan DEC for over seven years. In that time the EMDEC has hosted numerous conferences featuring top executives, high ranking government officials & experts from academia and think tanks.

He is the founder of Freedom of Access to Medicines (FAMEDS), a non-profit organization advocating for the availability of medical options for critically ill patients & widely quoted in leading national media organizations (e.g., the Wall St. Journal, NY Times, Reuters, AP, Fox News.)

Mr. Kalley earned a MBA in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University & a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa.
